Born in Communist Romania, her family fled to Israel and then to Canada. At 19, Ann moved to the US as a newlywed. She studied at McGill University, Rutgers University, and Rutgers Law School while parenting 3 daughters. A veteran litigator, Ann practiced law for 33 years, served as a Councilwoman for 6 years including one as Mayor, and retired from the NJ Attorney General’s Office in 2014. This is her first book.
