Bagels is at it again! This time the Bernsteins are going camping and decide to take Bagels with them. They’ve rented a cabin near Sasquatch Lake. Bagels is as crazy as ever, but there’s something going on that just might prove even more insane. First, there’s an unpredicted rainstorm and a very leaky cabin. Then there are the strange noises outside and even stranger ones calling from Mom’s missing cell phone, which Josh accidentally dropped in the middle of the forest. Who keeps calling and grunting? Is it a homeless man…or could it really be Sasquatch?

Bagels the Brave is just as fast-paced and funny as the first book in this delightful series. There are more great illustrations by Dave Whamond in this delightful sequel. Another winning story beginning readers will thoroughly enjoy.

Recommended for ages 6 – 8.
