Lisa Schliff is a life­long writer of sto­ries and poems. Born and raised in Los Ange­les, Cal­i­for­nia, she received a B.A. in Span­ish from UCSB and an M.A. in English/​ESL from San Fran­cis­co State Uni­ver­si­ty. She spent a year abroad in Barcelona, Spain, attend­ing the Uni­ver­si­ty of Barcelona and wrote sev­er­al short sto­ries about that year.
