Alexan­dra is a native New York­er, grad­u­ate of Skid­more Col­lege, and cur­rent­ly resides in NYC. She has worked in the com­pet­i­tive world of real estate for over eigh­teen years. She always had a foot in the US and in Europe, as both her par­ents were Euro­pean-born. Alexan­dra has lived in Paris and lat­er in Milan, and is flu­ent in French and Ital­ian. For decades, Eliz­a­beth Bel­lak (Ari­ana) kept Renia’s diary to her­self, locked away in a vault, per­haps nev­er to be dis­cov­ered. At the urg­ing of her daugh­ter Alexan­dra, she decid­ed to bring the sto­ry to light.
