Scott Rem­pell is a native of New Jer­sey. He prac­ticed immi­gra­tion law in Wash­ing­ton, D.C. at the Unit­ed States Depart­ment of Jus­tice before mov­ing to Hous­ton to teach at the South Texas Col­lege of Law.
