Stephen Mait­land-Lewis is a British attor­ney and for­mer invest­ment banker. He held posi­tions in the City of Lon­don, Kuwait, and Wall Street before mov­ing to Bev­er­ly Hills in 1991. He owned a hotel and a renowned restau­rant and was also Direc­tor of Mar­ket­ing of a Cal­i­for­nia dai­ly news­pa­per. Mait­land-Lewis is a jazz afi­ciona­do and Trustee of The Louis Arm­strong House Muse­um in New York. His first nov­el, Hero on Three Con­ti­nents, received numer­ous accolades.
