Beni­ta Eisler’s inter­est is the life and work of artists. She has writ­ten on the Roman­tics Byron, Chopin, and George Sand, and has writ­ten a dual biog­ra­phy of ear­ly Mod­ernists Geor­gia O’Ke­effe and Alfred Stieglitz. She lives in New York City.
