Bill Wurtzel is a visu­al artist who uses food as his medi­um. He works spon­ta­neous­ly, snaps a pho­to, and the art is eat­en. His images have a Jew­ish sen­si­bil­i­ty and evoke a range of emo­tions. He and his wife Claire con­duct work­shops on the impor­tance of play for all age groups. Bil­l’s cre­ations have been exhib­it­ed in gal­leries and museums.
