Claire Wurtzel is the Co-Educational Director of Hidden Sparks, a program for Jewish Day Schools and Yeshivas. Prior positions include: Bank Street College, Chair of the Department of Special Education, American Museum of Natural History, and Professor of Masters Program. Claire teaches internationally, including in India, Israel, and Switzerland, and collaborates with her husband Bill on food art books and workshops.
