Dalia Feld­heim a Jew­ish-Israeli ex IDF pla­toon com­man­der and moth­er of 3 (plus a crazy entre­pre­neur hus­band), spent over two decades as a senior exec­u­tive cre­at­ing award-win­ning cam­paign like Always like a girl (ranked by Forbes as the most influ­en­tial cam­paigns of the decade). In 2018, Dalia estab­lished her own con­sul­tan­cy and in 2020 she found­ed an edu tech called ​‘Uppi­ness – up your Game at work’ with Dr. Tal Ben-Sha­har bring­ing pos­i­tive psy­chol­o­gy to the work­place through play. She is an adjunct pro­fes­sor for hap­pi­ness, an org psy­chol­o­gist work­ing with the top tech com­pa­nies on her mis­sion to bring pur­pose and joy to work.
