Jacob moved from Cleveland, Ohio to Israel where he found the two loves of his life, Dana and Israeli food. His love for food began during the years he worked at his mom’s catering company, schlepping stacks of plates, smoking salmon and baking bread. In Israel, Jacob founded a digital media company that grew to 5 million monthly users and $5m yearly revenue. He wanted to find a way to blend food into his business, and so, Jewlish was born.
