Lynn Melnick is the author of three poetry collections, including, most recently, Refusenik. Her poetry has appeared in The New Yorker, The Paris Review, and Poetry, and has received grants from the Hadassah-Brandeis Institute and the New York Public Library’s Cullman Center for Scholars and Writers. Born in Indianapolis, she grew up in Los Angeles and currently lives in Brooklyn.
