Sherry Smither has been teaching senior high school students to appreciate literature and to hone their writing skills. She also teaches learning disabled students learning strategies. As a freelance writer, she focuses on people of interest in the Jewish community and beyond. She serves on the Board of Education at her synagogue, Adath Israel Congregation. Sherry lives in Toronto, Ontario, Canada with her husband and three children.
