Shi­ra Frimer is an expres­sive arts ther­a­pist and writer who grew up in Cleve­land, Ohio. Frimer holds a B.A. in Jew­ish Stud­ies and a M.A. in expres­sive arts ther­a­pies from Leley Uni­ver­si­ty. She made Aliya to Israel in 1995 with her twin sons.
