Yael Ben-Zion is a New York-based photographer whose work often considers the relationship of the personal to the political. Yael was born in Minneapolis, MN and raised in Israel. She is a graduate of the Hebrew University, Yale Law School and ICP. Both of Yael’s monographs, 5683 miles away (2010) and Intermarried (2013), were published by Kehrer Verlag to critical acclaim.
