Yerra Sugarman is the author of Aunt Bird, Forms of Gone, and The Bag of Broken Glass. Her honors include a PEN/Joyce Osterweil Award for Poetry, Glenna Luschei Prairie Schooner Award, Canada Council for the Arts Grant, Poetry Society of America awards, Chicago Literary Award, and “Discovery”/The Nation Poetry Award. Born in Toronto, she lives in New York City.
