Aviv Harkov started cooking perched on a stool, as her mother’s sous chef. Raised on strong Jewish values, she has grown up to be a local caterer and head chef at home. After moving to Israel, she served as a naval officer before becoming an emissary for Bnei Akiva in Hong Kong, and is currently enrolled at Hebrew University.
