Miri­am Karp is a writer, artist, and teacher. Her Juda­ic-themed paint­ings express a vibrant spir­i­tu­al­i­ty. Her essays have appeared in Hadas­sah Mag­a­zine, Chabad​.org, and numer­ous oth­er pub­li­ca­tions. Miri­am received her MA in Cre­ative Jew­ish Expres­sion from Anti­och Uni­ver­si­ty and stud­ied at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Michi­gan, Machon Chana, and Beth Riv­ka. She lives in Cincin­nati with her hus­band and family.
